Docstoc.com and JDSupra.com have all kinds of free documents available. Just do a search on those sites for bar complaints. If you draw up a complaint, just follow the rules and format they give on your state bar's Web-site, or call the bar association if you need clarification. I've never written a bar complaint yet, but when I do (soon) I'll post it here and on docstoc.com.
